Hollow Form Vessels
These pieces are made for more of a decorative or artistic purpose. Many of them will incorporate the natural edge or the tree trunk and might have bark that will remain on the piece. These are typically turned from green or wet pieces of wood and require drying before fully finishing them. Most are finished with an oil based finish and can be occasionally re-oiled to help brighten the wood and preserve it.
